Breakfast at the Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport is fantastic. It has an enormous range of food; pastries, cereals, cooked breakfast or fruit. I'm not ashamed to say that I stuffed myself.

We get across to the terminal as quickly as possible to limit the time spent away from air-conditioning. Check-in is quick up until the point the bod notices our tickets have the wrong day printed on them. She phones JAL central to confirm our change of day, and the whole event leaves me wondering if the check-in at Sydney noticed the dates at all.
